Are you talking about minor childhood illnesses or the costs that could be involved in major illnesses?

It was my understanding that the treatment of minor illnesses in China was cheap.

The only real way to minimise the risk of the cost of a major illness is by buying health insurance. These policies aren't cheap and also have excess fees where you pay up to a certain amount of the treatment and the insurance pays the rest.

Add some extra details and we may be able to advise better.

The OP is a troll. That's why the question is so general, who refers to their children as foreign?
