I'm sorry, I don't quite understand what you're trying to say, but I'll take a whack at it. Yes, they are a single day...? I'm single. Does that answer your question?
Maybe they mean to ask if we too have a singles day?
Taking a stab at the Chinglish translation...
11/11/11 is singles day, due to all the 1's. I think it's singles day every year, regardless of the last /11 or not.
No, it's not celebrated widely, at least in the USA. I have no idea how to celebrate it, yet I am single. Never heard of it before coming to China (same with Children's Day and Women's Day, and the 7/7 holiday.)
Teacher's Day I've heard of before, but still not celebrated widely.
No, we don't. Zengping. In the future use the word "do" in such a case. As in "Do foreigners also have a singles day"
That way you can avoid foreigners who don't speak any chinese from making fun of your English.

You're right. Sorry for the snarkiness. But it's not really the 'do' that makes it good English, it's using 'have' instead of 'are'. That said, I'm glad Chinese people come to this site and put up with us. I'm happy to hear their points of view.
