Q: hi! is there any one who wants to open bread shop in guangzhou?

normally chinese bread is kind of sweet... i guess most foreigners dont like chinese sweet bread,,,,is there any body wants to open foreign bread shop? tks Smile

hi njord, in zhu jiang new town, tian he area, guangzhou. hmm... "not sweet" bread... will consider...but have been thinking long time which type...because near the pearl river, there are many new buildings and many foreigners are living here right now.... would be popular if have one or some bread shops... Smile

i would  love too do that   i hate the sweat bread  doesnt work well with bacon  sandwich,but  i  gather getting   a  decent  butter  is not easy  aswell,i lived in  GZ for sometime  and  a  chinese/canadian  baked bread  and other western   odds n sods but  wow  prices where crazy

It might be difficult selling your foreign bread to Chinese people, which I assume is your largest market. There is a foreign bakery around here ran by German people and they get away with a little bit of pandering in addition to only baking 3 times a week.
