I am not sure that I follow your question:
1. Do you mean as a citizen of the PRC how do you get travel permission to go to Hong Kong?
or
2. Do you mean as a person that is not a citizen of the PRC seeking to re-enter the PRC how does one go about getting another visa for the PRC in Hong Kong?
Once I have your answer I will be to help you more.
You can get a visa very fast in HK if you go to the right place...but plan on staying one night...and check out Bar Amazonia in Wanchai if you go.
Book your hotel with agoda.com.

In Kowloon. Very fast if you are willing to pay...and HK is a great place to kill time.
Thedude is correct, at least this time. The name of the company is wrong, however, thedude, it is Foreverbright Trading Company. They are indeed fast and reliable -- no visa, no charges. Same day service if you can get to their offices very early and I do mean early. F visas and L visas, depending upon the nationality. They cannot process all nationalities. They recently helped a Canadian colleague of mine who had serious problems with the Beijing PSB. In the end, she received another 90-day L visa with the really serious help of FBT.
Mr Obama, are you relate to the president of America? I very much like to move to Hong Kong to live, I am from near there but in main part of China. Do you know ifI can move there to work? Thank you obama
