Perhaps the mainstream press believed that the stealing of an election through fraud is simply inconceivable. But how can it be inconceivable when it is undisputed that LBJ won his Senate race through fraud? If it happened once, doesn’t that negate the idea of inconceivability?
It certainly can’t be that the press immediately conducted an investigation and found no evidence of fraud in the Trump-Biden race because the mainstream press reached its conclusions immediately and never conducted any independent investigation.

Why Trump Will Likely Win a Second Term
I want to stress in advance, that I DO NOT want to be political in this briefing. I am not saying I LIKE any of the recent developments. And I’m certainly NOT saying I want a particular candidate to win.
All I am saying is that the election is a mess and from what I can tell, no one in the media is actually outlining what’s to come based on the law. Instead I’m seeing a lot of political opinion, being presented as fact, when it isn’t.
The media wants you to believe the election is over.
By law, it isn’t.
Unless a candidate concedes, the election remains in play until December 14th when states cast their electoral college votes.
So, unless President Trump concedes between now and then, Joe Biden hasn’t won anything, no matter what the media tells you. Indeed, the media has no say in this, anymore than they can decide what color the sky is; they’re simply trying to get you angry so you’ll continue to watch their awful shows so they can sell your eyeballs to advertisers.
With that in mind, we need to take a step back and assess how this election is likely to play out based on the LAW, not public opinion or media propaganda.
Based on the law, it is highly possible and in fact probable that Donald Trump will end up winning the 2020 Presidential election.
Why?
Because the election is now in the courts. And the courts have a clear precedent for how contested elections play out.
When the courts get involved in an election, it becomes an issue of evidence. Specifically, what a given court decides is compelling versus non-compelling evidence, and how the court chooses to address the issue of voter fraud if indeed there is compelling evidence.
For instance, if President Trump’s legal team goes to court and says, “we want to have a vote audit in Michigan because there was voter fraud” the first thing the court will ask them is, “what evidence do you have to support this claim?”
If the President Trump’s legal team’s answer is “we saw some numbers that looked suspicious,” the court controls its urge to laugh, throws out the case, and that’s that.
However, if the President’s legal team responds, “we have sworn affidavits from 50 witnesses, video evidence, as well as three whistleblowers” then it’s a completely different story.
Once evidence of fraud is introduced to the courts via a lawsuit, the court, NOT the voters and certainly NOT the media, is in charge of the election.
The courts can demand a vote audit of every single vote counted in an election. If, during the vote audit, actual fraud is discovered, the court can rule that those votes are no longer valid, the formal vote counts can change, and it is possible that a given state ends up declaring a different winner.
Even if fraud is not discovered by the audits, but there is a particular problem with vote cards (the wrong type of ink was used, the hole punch didn’t go all the way through the ballot as was the case in Florida in 2000, etc.), the courts can deem those problematic votes as illegitimate.
This again can mean the formal vote counts can change, and it is possible that a given state ends up declaring a different winner.
This process is now underway in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona.
Any one of those states could see Biden end up losing (remember, he only won these states by 0.5% for most of them). That means that if Biden loses even 10,000 votes due to fraud or some technicality (the ballots arrived after the deadline), Trump could be declared the winner.
Again, I am NOT saying I want this to happen. I am simply outlining how this process works. If a court says “jump” you jump, no matter who you are.
Speaking of which…
Two weeks ago, Supreme Court Justice Alito (as in the Supreme Court of the U.S., not of just one state) ORDERED the State of Pennsylvania to segregate and count separately any ballots that arrived after 8PM on election night.
This is a legal order from the Supreme Court of the United States. If you disobey it, you can go to prison. And because it’s a federal violation, the lawsuit isn’t going to be “Joe Schmo vs. John Doe,” it’s “the United States of America vs. Joe Schmo.”
My sources tell me that for Alito to order this without any comment from other justices suggests the Supreme Court as a whole is supportive of his action.
So, this is the Supreme Court of the United States effectively stating, “we are now getting involved in this mess.” That is a big deal.
If you are looking for a reason as to why the media rushed into announcing Joe Biden as the President Elect Saturday (the day after Alito’s order), this is probably it.
The Democrats and their media allies (the media companies that lean left) realize that once the courts get involved, the odds of Biden actually winning drop dramatically. So, they are attempting to mount as much pressure as possible for President Trump to concede so that the election is finished before ever entering a courtroom.
Remember, the only way this election ends right now is if President Trump concedes.
If he doesn’t, but instead chooses to fight in court, then the process follows the path I outlined a little while ago, where the courts decide which votes count and which ones don’t.
For an election in which multiple states were “won” by less than 0.5%, the odds GREATLY improve for President Trump once these issues are introduced in court. He only needs to have 10,000 or so ballots thrown out in order to flip multiple states.
And bear in mind, that if a given court accepts or rejects a given lawsuit, the situation doesn’t end there.
If either party or candidate is dissatisfied with a lower court’s ruling, they can appeal the ruling, which can result in the lawsuit moving up to a higher court, eventually reaching the Supreme Court, which serves as the ultimate arbiter of election law in the U.S.
This was the case with the 2000 Presidential election, when the Supreme Court ruled that vote cards from Florida that didn’t have clean hole punches were NOT valid, which gave the state to George W. Bush and resulted in Al Gore conceding the election on December 13th.
And the Supreme Court’s justices are currently 6-3 conservative to liberal. Even if Roberts were to side with the liberals, the conservatives still hold the 5-4 majority.
Put simply, the ultimate arbiter in court rulings on elections favors Trump. Provided he DOESN’T concede, the odds greatly favor him winning a second term.
That’s what the law and the courts say. And they’re the ones that matter in this situation.

Currently, I believe this election was marked by epic fraud. You cannot convince me that Biden, who got 5 or 6 people to his rallies, as opposed to the 52,000 or so at Trump’s rallies in Pennsylvania, ended with more votes than Obama.
Nobody ever said proving this fraud would be easy (or, sadly, even possible). I’m treating unfolding like an epic novel with a surprise ending. I just wish I knew whether it was going to be a happy or a tragic ending.

If that's the only reason you have to believe Biden didn't get more votes, it's pretty weak.
Biden had said he wasn't going to hold huge rallies, saying something like they were irresponsible when covid was spreading quickly. The people who support Biden would largely agree with that and are generally the people who support trying to do things like wear masks and social distance to slow down the covid spread.
Trump was all about ignoring covid and encouraging people not to socially distance or wear masks.The people who support him generally support that idea too. They're the people who don't give a shit about spreading covid, a lot of them probably don't even believe it's real yet.
Is it REALLY surprising that the people who voted Biden tended not to go to a rally, especially when they could just watch it on tv if they were interested?

When someone goes to court with some some serious, outlandish claims they need to be able to show a reason why they're making those accusations and some proof to back them up. When they have nothing at all and the case is thrown out that has nothing to do with judges being pro-dem, it's just upholding legal integrity, you know that whole 'rule of law' thing that the US prides itself on? It's pretty hard to get away with blatantly rigging the courts when the whole world is watching it.
Saying they lost the cases because the judges were biased is ridiculous, they lost the cases because they had nothing credible.

*State officials in a settlement with Democratic parties made changes to election procedures that violated both state law and the U.S. Constitution.
In Michigan, Powell filed a 75-page complaint seeking to set aside the results of the election, claiming that "hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots" enabled by "massive election fraud" facilitated Biden's win in the state.

The 'Smartest Man In The Room' Just Joined Sidney Powell's Team
Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with "high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states..."
In her Georgia complaint, Sidney Powell included the declaration of Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an expert witness who stated under oath that there was massive computer fraud in the 2020 election, all of it intended to secure a victory for Joe Biden. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia's name may not mean a lot to you, but it's one of the weightiest names in the world when it comes to sniffing out cyber-security problems.
We know how important Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is because, just two and a half months ago, the New York Times ran one of its Sunday long-form articles about a massive, multi-million-dollar fraud that a talented grifter ran against the American intelligence and military communities. Dr. Kershavarz-Nia is one of the few people who comes off looking good:
Navid Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, "was always the smartest person in the room." In doing cybersecurity and technical counterintelligence work for the C.I.A., N.S.A. and F.B.I., he had spent decades connecting top-secret dots. After several months of working with Mr. Courtney, he began connecting those dots too. He did not like where they led.
Not only does Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have an innate intelligence, but he's also got extraordinary academic and practical skills in cyber-fraud detection and analysis. The reason we know about his qualifications is that it takes seven paragraphs for him to list them in the declaration he signed to support the Georgia complaint.
His qualifications include a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in various areas of electrical and computer engineering. Take it as given that Dr. Kershavarz-Nia may know more about cyber-security than anyone else in America.
So what does the brilliant Dr. Kershavarz-Nia have to say? This:
1. Hammer and Scorecard is real, not a hoax (as Democrats allege), and both are used to manipulate election outcomes.
2. Dominion, ES&S, Scytl, and Smartmatic are all vulnerable to fraud and vote manipulation — and the mainstream media reported on these vulnerabilities in the past.
3. Dominion has been used in other countries to "forge election results."
4. Dominion's corporate structure is deliberately confusing to hide relationships with Venezuela, China, and Cuba.
5. Dominion machines are easily hackable.
6. Dominion memory cards with cryptographic key access to the systems were stolen in 2019.
Although he had no access to the machines, Dr. Kershavarz has looked at available data about the election and the vote results. Based on that information, he concluded
1. The counts in the disputed states (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia) show electronic manipulation.
2. The simultaneous decision in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia to pretend to halt counting votes was unprecedented and demonstrated a coordinated effort to collude toward desired results.
3. One to two percent of votes were forged in Biden's favor.
4. Optical scanners were set to accept unverified, un-validated ballots.
5. The scanners failed to keep records for audits, an outcome that must have been deliberately programmed.
6. The stolen cryptographic key, which applied to all voting systems, was used to alter vote counts.
7. The favorable votes pouring in after hours for Biden could not be accounted for by a Democrat preference for mailed in ballots. They demonstrated manipulation. For example, in Pennsylvania, it was physically impossible to feed 400,000 ballots into the machines within 2–3 hours.
8. Dominion used Chinese parts, and there's reason to believe that China, Venezuela, Cuba interfered in the election.
9. There was a Hammer and Scorecard cyber-attack that altered votes in the battleground states, and then forwarded the results to Scytl servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to avoid detection.
10. The systems failed to produce any auditable results.
Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with "high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden."
This is going to be tough evidence for Democrats to counter. Back when the naïve Democrats thought Trump would be the one to commit fraud, they held congressional hearings and wrote articles about the voting machines' vulnerability. And with the New York Times touting Dr. Keshavarz-Nia's brilliance and his ability to sniff out fraud, they'll struggle to that he's not a reliable expert. Things are getting fun.

In 2012, Barack Obama cruised to re-election even though he received 3.5 million less votes than he got in 2008.
In 2020, President Trump was supposedly soundly defeated even though he received 11 million more votes than he did in 2016.
They are telling us that Trump was defeated because of a historic turnout by Biden voters. But the number of counties that Biden actually won was a record low for a “winning candidate” by a very wide margin. It is being reported that Trump won 83 percent of all U.S. counties, and Biden only won 17 percent…
We are told that Biden won more votes nationally than any presidential candidate in history. But he won a record low of 17 percent of counties; he only won 524 counties, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008. Yet, Biden somehow outdid Obama in total votes.
How in the world can you win the presidency by losing more than 80 percent of the counties in the entire country?

The $USD continues to drop like a stone.
Earlier this week it plunged to new lows for the year. And peak to trough it has lost nearly 13%.
The important point here is NOT the level at which the $USD is trading. After all, it’s been at 91 on the $USD index plenty of times before.
In the currency markets, the SPEED at which a currency moves is just as important as the actual price at which a currency is trading. A currency can trade at practically any level without it being a cause for major concern, provided it gets there in an orderly fashion.
It’s when a currency starts moving RAPIDLY that things become ugly quickly. Which brings us to item the REAL issue at stake:
What’s driving this drop in the $USD?
The collapse of confidence in the institutions and credibility of the U.S. as a nation.
It is now clear beyond any doubt that the 2020 U.S. Presidential election was rife with fraud.
Now, fraud occurs in every election. Anyone who argues otherwise hasn’t studied history. When it comes to fraud in major elections in the U.S. it’s NOT a question of “if” but of “how much.”
In the case of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election it is now clear that the degree of fraud was astonishing. I’m not going to delve into this topic at length in these pages, but in the last few weeks we’ve seen:
- Whistleblowers state during testimony that they witnessed:

- Trucks with hundreds of thousands of ballots being driven from one state to another to deliver the ballots in a different election.

- Tens if not hundreds of thousands of ballots being fed and refed into tabulating machines as much as 8 to 10 times (meaning the same ballot counts as 8 or even 10 votes).

- Vote counters being told to “backdate” ballots so that the ballots were claimed to have arrive before the deadline.
- The voting machine/ software used to tabulate the vote totals in at LEAST 24 states were:

- Connected to the internet, allowing for outside interference.

- Written in such a way that anyone can change a given ballot’s vote after it has been cast.

- That at least one foreign government (China) FORMALLY owns the company that counted the ballots (there is an SEC filing of the acquisition).

- Other nations (Cuba, Venezuela) have also been linked to the company.
Regardless of your political views or your desired outcome for this election, the above items alone call into question the entire election’s legitimacy.
Think it this way. Let’s say that during the 100M dash in the Olympics, the timer stopped working, the judges wore blindfolds and the camera feeds all shutdown mid-way through the race.
Would you trust or believe it if one of the racers claimed that he not only won the race despite trailing his opponent by two seconds… but that he also set a world record time? Would you even consider the race legitimate?
I believe the current rapid collapse in the $USD is telling us that the currency markets (the largest most liquid markets in the world, and most sensitive to systemic changes) believe the U.S. has lost credibility as a country on the global stage.
I do not write that last paragraph carelessly.
The U.S. has long held a prestige due to its adherence to the Rule of Law and the transparency and credibility of its institutions.
I want to be clear here: I’m not saying the U.S. is void of fraud or scams; I’m simply stating that the country’s legal system and institutions are set up with enough checks and balances that generally speaking systemic fraud is less likely here.
This is one reason why the U.S. stock markets typically attract so much capital from global investors: the world knows the U.S. has credible accounting standards and creditworthiness.
A rigged U.S. Presidential election involving such abject systemic fraud indicates that U.S. institutions are no longer credible. This would effectively signify the U.S. becoming something of a dying empire or a banana republic.
And that is why the $USD is collapsing so rapidly.

The USD has been dropping for months as you might expect in a country getting railed by covid, but ZH somehow thinks the slide which started months ago was caused by events of the last few weeks?
That sounds like more of the same '2 + 2 = 16 because the colour green smells bad' logic to me.
After about two minutes on google I saw this explanation which sounds a lot more reasonable to me....

Get ready for some fireworks.
The state of Texas (along with Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and South Dakota) is suing the states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in the Supreme Court.
Texas is arguing that those four states violated the constitution when they passed new election laws to allow mail-in voting and other changes to their election process.
The Constitution of the United States is explicit that only state legislators NOT state governors, attorney generals, or secretary of states can change how elections are processed.
The media is keeping pretty quiet about this, or attempting to frame it as nothing, but it is a HUGE deal. The Supreme Court has already docketed the case meaning that the SCOTUS will hear it.
If the SCOTUS rules that of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin did in fact violate the constitution (they did), then either:
1) Those votes that were allowed under the new laws are thrown out.
Or…
2) The elections in those states become null and void.
If the outcome is #1, then President Trump wins all four states in a landslide.
Remember, the mail-in ballots were pro-Biden by a massive margin (90%+). If those votes no longer count, Biden loses tens of thousands of votes in all four key states (his margin of victory is only 1% or lower in all four of them).
If the outcome is #2, then 62 electoral college votes vanish from the vote count.
This means NO ONE hits the required 270 electoral college votes to win the election outright and the election moves into Congress as per the 12th Amendment.
There, the House of Representatives votes for the President on a one vote per state basis. The GOP has 26 states, the Democrats have 24 states.
This again, means Trump wins the election.
You can be furious at this all you want, but it’s the law. The fact the media doesn’t bother explaining this only reveals that they’re ignorant of how elections work in the U.S. or are so biased they can’t be bothered to consider an outcome in which Biden doesn’t win.
So, like I said… get ready for some fireworks. The odds of President Trump actually winning the election are the highest they’ve been since the election itself.
With that in mind, I stand by my original forecast that President Trump will end up winning this election. And our clients are already doing this with our new special report titled…

When your vote counts for nothing so does your nation. It means you are living inside a prison. It means the USA is no different to China. At least the Chinese don't waste billions on creating fraudulent elections. In fact they are more honest. They just don't have them.
