Q: How to transfer property in China?
Hi, I am a Chinese, and have moved to New Zealand for more than ten years. Now, I am New Zealand citizen. Years ago, when I was still owning Chinese citizenship, I purchased an apartment with cash for my parents, which is under my name. Many years past, my Chinese ID has expired, and I am living in NZ permanently. My parents are still living in the apartment under my name. How can I transfer the apartment to my parents. Since I don't intend to return.

Get a lawyer in China and have the documents mailed to you to sign. But use a better mail service. i find the mail in China terrible.
