2-years of working experience requirement was put in place to prevent too young people applying for jobs in China.

Requirement isn't there new hire would prove she/he will be able to successfully complete the job.

2-years of working experience in any field and not specifically in the field one is applying to.

I'd say, if employer will consider you too young, you won't get a job offer and on the other hand, if employer is in dire need to file a position, you might receive the offers. One just have to try and apply at Find Jobz.

Q: Can foreign students graduating from domestic universities directly apply for work visas?

A: Foreign students who have obtained a master's degree or above from universities within China can directly apply for a work permit after finding a job. They need to apply for a work visa within one year of graduation, and their work must be related to their major. Their average graduation score is above 80 points. Some cities have relaxed conditions and restrictions, and some outstanding foreign undergraduate graduates can also apply for work visas in China.
