Q: Scammed by Ningbo Port Trade Import Export Co, Ltd. Who do i contact to investigate??? Help please!

I have been scammed by Ningbo Port Trade Import Export Co. ltd. Ordered materials and have never received. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any ideas on what part of police/government contacts to investigate/get results? Email contact information would be hugely helpful. Thank you!
