“Seaside scenery coffee” yes, is a chain around the country, but it’s a good one. there have got to be at least 10 in taiyuan. The one at Mianhua in the Yingze District is the best one, IMHO. It’s got good airconditioning/heat (not to be underrated in this town), really nice rooms to chill in for a meal or study. They have Royal coffee- excellent. Try a cup if youre a coffee buff. The others are okay, but the one at this add is best (open until 11pm): 太原市棉花巷18号
