Your Q is very tricky, 'cause reader can't tell to whom you're referring to with your Q, i.e. "What is your name?" ('name' = it), so it looks answer should be something about 'it' , i.e. bed, bull, banana ...

We're enable to measure IQ of anything marked as "it" in English language.

However, I have an answer about human (she/he/person), so in proper English writing, you should begin your question with "Who" ...,  surprise in case, you would consider my answer co-rrec-ta-mun-do ... angel

The Psychology of Horror: IQ & Testosterone

Usually I only talk about linear relationships with IQ because I love the elegance of a straight line, but today I'm going to talk about a variable that has curvilinear relationship with IQ: Testosterone. People who have too much or too little tend to be dumb and those with an optimum amount tend to be smart.

https://tacticalinvestor.com/dangerous-duo-immigrants-have-high-testoste...

Dangerouse DUO; Immigrants have high Testosterone & Low IQ

Dr Phil Helmuth is a specialist on this topic, and he clearly reveals that the immigrants coming into Europe have Low IQ’s and a highest propensity for violence. On this basis alone, there is no way they can integrate with the locals, and as such it is essential that Europe has a filter in place to prevent such individual from getting in. Democracy is useless if you allow Low IQ persons who have no hope of fitting into the system and who will only look for ways to get free handouts. The Video below is quite illuminating in that Dr Helmuth clearly and scientifically illustrates the Dangers of allowing open access to individuals who will not fit in with the native population. Additionally, they will not be able to compete with the locals when it comes to landing well-paying jobs. This, in turn, will foster more hatred and so you will have never ending vicious cycle that will continue to feed off itself. The solution cut the head of the snake. The head of the Snake is low IQ and high Testosterone.

Moi?

icnif77:

You don't qualify ...!

... 'cause you're a person, no different than Stiggs's answer 'yer mom'. surprise

Once question starts with interrogative adverb 'what', the answer can be only subject with the dedicated Personal pronoun 'it'!

"What did you eat?" ... any food (it)

"What is yer occupation?" ... any occupation (it)

"What is the POTUS?" ... POTUS (she/he, i.e. person)

... , so instead 'What' proper interrogative word at the last question example should be "Huu"!

I learned that by listening to the remix of tune " Huu, Huu, Huu Let the Dogs Out? " and the (answer) tune " I't Wa-wa-Wasn't Me! " ...

How many times do I have to 'sing' dat ...?

OP's Q is about 'it' ... and we cannot measure IQ of anything marked in English as Personal pronoun 'it'.

We can measure levels of testosterone of any animal (it), butT ... it would be challenging to complete the same measuring test of the 'table' ... or 'jandals', both words also dedicated Personal pronouns 'it'.

Was working with students on "TOEFL/IELTS Exam" prep., so I am well-l-l-l versed in Englo ... Grammar rules. surprise

Sorry for da rant, but I am learning new Technical Trading analysis approach for the last few weeks ... "Fibonacci levels", "Gann", und more ...

I ain't really sure, if this below is "Off-topic" or-rrr "On-topic" ...

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/father-arrested-after-continuing-cal...

Transition Treatments

There is an extraordinary case out of British Columbia where a father referenced as CD was arrested after he continued to refer to his biological 14-year-old daughter (known as AB) as “she” and his “daughter” after he transitioned to a male gender.  The Supreme Court of British Columbia, Canada ordered that the child receive testosterone injections without obtaining parental consent. CD opposed the transition as the parent but he was overruled after physicians at BC Children’s Hospital who decided the girl should receive testosterone injections. The father continued to defy gag orders, including a bar on his trying to persuade with his own child to wait before making such a change.

We have previously discussed how such pronoun disputes (called “misgendering") lead to criminal investigation in other countries like Great Britain.

The Canadian courts withheld the father’s name but he has since gone public in interview and has a GoFundMe site under his real name. angel

Previously, in a 2019 decision, Justice Gregory Bowden rejected the parent’s view as largely immaterial:

In view of the established law regarding the right of a mature minor to consent to medical treatment and the assessments of a number of physicians that A.B.has capacity to consent as well as the evidence of his health care providers that the proposed treatment is in A.B.’s best interests, there is no serious question to be tried.

At the second stage of the RJR test, the inquiry is whether the litigant who seeks the interlocutory injunction would, unless the injunction is granted, suffer irreparable harm. A.B.’s father has not demonstrated that a refusal to grant the injunction would adversely affect or irreparably harm him.

After that decision, there was a gag order put into place that barred the father from even trying to convince his son to change his mind:

“[1] AB, a 14 year old transgender boy, applies for a protection order to restrain his father, CD, from publishing, speaking or giving interviews about this case or about AB’s personal and medical information.

“a) CD shall be restrained from: i. attempting to persuade AB to abandon treatment for gender dysphoria; ii. addressing AB by his birth name; and iii. referring to AB as a girl or with female pronouns whether to AB directly or to third parties;

“b) CD shall not directly, or indirectly through an agent or third party, publish or share information or documentation relating to AB’s sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, mental or physical health, medical status or therapies.”

The evening of the Bowden’s decision, CD spoke to the Federalist and said “because she is a girl. Her DNA will not change through all these experiments that they do.” He added:

“I had a perfectly healthy child a year ago, and that perfectly healthy child has been altered and destroyed for absolutely no good reason. She can never go back to being a girl in the healthy body that she should have had. She’s going to forever have a lower voice. She’ll forever have to shave because of facial hair. She won’t be able to have children… Sometimes I just want to scream so that other parents and people will… jump in, understand what’s going on. There’s a child—and not only mine, but in my case, my child out there having her life ruined.”

That led to a conviction of the father for “family violence” in April 2019. Furthermore, Judge Francesca Marzari even issued an order authorizing Clark’s arrest “without warrant” by any police officer who might catch him referring to his daughter “as a girl or with female pronouns.”

Later YouTube interviews with the father were removed.  In addressing one of those interviews, Justice Michael Tammen of the British Columbia Supreme Court even ordered that Laura-Lynn  Thompson to pull her interview and, when she did not, he sent police to her house.

The decisions reject any substantive weight given parental rights. I have long opposed an absolutist position against parental rights in areas like abortion with minors. The use of criminal penalties against this father only magnify those concerns.

I personally disagree with the father in the use of the pronoun if his son has made this choice. I would yield to the child’s preference. However, the question is whether the state should play such a coercive and intrusive role in a family.

Ordering a parent not to speak to his child about the issue or arresting him for referring to the child’s biological gender raises very serious parental and free speech rights in my view.   I realize that many experts believe that opposing such gender transition is abusive and harmful. I do not discount that view. However, that is a position best left to persuasive rather than coercive means. We can debate this question and many can oppose the use of such pronouns as abusive.

Yet, arresting a parent for continuing to oppose such a transition or referring to the wrong pronoun is chilling. There is an utter disregard of the countervailing interests and rights of parents in these decisions.

Exiled Gynecologist Exposes Details Of China's Forced Sterilization Of Uyghur Women

THURSDAY, APR 15, 2021 - 10:30 AM

A gynecologist who left the autonomous region of Xinjiang, China in 2011 and is now living in exile, has revealed the inner-workings of Beijing's forced-sterilization program of Uighur women, according to a recent interview by The Sankei Shimbun - Japan's 5th largest newspaper (via Japan Forward).

The doctor, 47-year-old Gülgine, immigrated from China to Istanbul, Turkey in 2011. She previously worked as a gynecologist in the city of Urumqi - capital of the autonomous region, where she inserted intrauterine devices (IUDs) "into women's wombs."

An ethnic Uighur woman hugs her son as she stands outside her house with her daughter and neighbors at an old residential area of Kashgar, Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region, July 22, 2012.

"A lot of women were put on the back of a truck and sent to the hospital," she said, adding "The [sterilization] procedure took about five minutes each, but the women were crying because they did not know what was happening to them."

Gülgine herself carried out sterilizations at a hospital in Urumqi, capital of the autonomous region. Showing pictures of T-shaped and U-shaped intrauterine devices (IUDs), she explained that “these devices were inserted into women’s wombs.” -Japan Forward

According to a 2017 New York Times report which detailed China's method of dealing with the country's previous one-child policy, "IUDs used for Chinese women were meant to be left indefinitely, with surgery necessary to take them out." China, meanwhile, has denied the forced sterilizations.

IUDs are either copper-wrapped (left) or release birth control hormones

According to Gülgine, forced infertility probably began systematically in the autonomous region from around 1980. That was a year after China started birth restrictions under the “one child policy.”

I understood the meaning of the surgery, but I later learned that it was a policy for the Uyghur,” she said, “and I too was sterilized.

Other Uyghur women who fled to Istanbul because they couldn’t stand living in the autonomous region have sometimes gone to talk to Gülgine, complaining that they cannot have children. She has examined more than 150 so far, but many don’t know they have been sterilized, and some women start crying in anger when she explains what has happened to them.

...

If the IUD is left in the womb for a long time, it could adhere to the surrounding tissue, making it difficult to remove without breaking a bone. It could also cause infection and cancer, and some women have experienced mental health problems. -Japan Forward

As an aside, the MLB, Delta, Coca Cola, big tech, leading Democrats and other wokeists profiting from relationships in China have a bigger problem with Georgia requiring voter ID than the long-documented forced sterilization of ethnic minorities.

According to Chinese government statistics, around 60,000 men and women were sterilized by either the binding of seminal ducts or fallopian tubes in 2014 - an increase of 14x over 2013, while "Procedures to implant IUDs were performed at a rate of 200,000 to 300,000 people each year." By 2017, an estimated 3.12 million women had been fitted with an IUD - around 60% of women of childbearing age.

Sterilized and living in exile: Uyghur Calvinul Kamal, now living in Turkey, is calling on Chinese officials to release her nephew.

Another woman tells her story:

The Sankei Shimbun met another exiled Uighur woman living in Turkey, Calvinul Kamal, a 50-year-old housewife who was sterilized the day she gave birth to her third child in July, 2006, living in the Uyghur Autonomous Region city of Gurja. Due to China's population control measures, Kamal's third child was not allowed in urban areas of the Xinjiang autonomous region - so she pretended to be her older brother's wife who only had one child. Following the birth, "she was made to sign a pledge in hospital that she would not have another child, and was sterilized."

Kamal said she felt as though “this body is no longer mine.” She became depressed and felt ill for about two months. When she confessed to her mother about the sterilization, she discovered to her surprise that her mother, too, had been sterilized. Then she found that many of her friends had met the same fate.

For a while, her third child was raised by her brother and his wife. But after the uprising in Urumqi in 2009, the Chinese government temporarily relaxed the restrictions against third children as a special concession. Kamal bribed the officials, re-registered the child as her own, and took custody over him.

With the conviction that “we are not welcome in this country, and there is no future here,” Kamal and her husband escaped China in 2013 with their three children.

Just because you come to Turkey doesn’t mean your worries have ended,” said Kamal. “Not a day goes by that I don’t think about my many relatives sent to the camps, and I can’t sleep at night.” -Japan Forward

Kamal is currently on a campaign to convince Chinese officials to free her nephew, who was "abruptly taken from his workplace in Urumqi in 2017" and is currently missing.

Answer of the DayMORE >>
A: In my personal experience, teaching certificates have varied in releva
A:In my personal experience, teaching certificates have varied in relevance depending on the context and location. Here's a breakdown of each aspect:a) Getting the teaching job: Teaching certificates can certainly enhance your chances of securing a teaching position, especially in formal educational settings such as schools and language institutions. Many employers prefer candidates who have undergone specific training in pedagogy and instructional techniques, which these certificates often provide. However, other factors such as experience, references, and the demand for teachers in a particular area also play significant roles in the hiring process.b) Getting a higher salary than your uncertified competitors: In some cases, holding a teaching certificate can indeed lead to a higher salary compared to uncertified competitors. Many educational institutions have structured salary scales that take into account factors such as level of education, years of experience, and additional certifications. Holding a teaching certificate may place you in a higher salary bracket or make you eligible for certain salary incentives or bonuses. However, this can vary widely depending on the specific policies of the institution or organization.c) Getting promotions: Teaching certificates can be beneficial for career advancement and securing promotions within the field of education. They demonstrate a commitment to professional development and mastery of teaching skills, which are qualities that many employers value when considering candidates for leadership positions or administrative roles. Additionally, some promotions may require specific certifications or qualifications, making holding a teaching certificate essential for advancement in certain cases.Regarding which certificate yields better results, it largely depends on the specific requirements of the job market and the educational context in which you intend to work. For example:A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) is often highly regarded in formal school settings and can be advantageous for those seeking positions in primary or secondary education.Montessori certification is valuable for individuals interested in working in Montessori schools or implementing Montessori principles in their teaching approach.A Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate is particularly relevant for those seeking to teach English to non-native speakers in international contexts or language schools.Ultimately, the best certificate for you will depend on your career goals, the specific requirements of the positions you're interested in, and the preferences of potential employers in your target job market. It's essential to research the requirements and preferences of employers in your desired field and tailor your qualifications accordingly. -- ruqaiya761
