Is everything back in normal after the meat scandal? Are these fast food in China gained back your trust?
Question 1: Don't know, don't care. Normality as per 2014 international firms in China standard means not having the government making trouble for political purposes. Actual business is secondary.
Question 2: They never had it in the first place.
I pay close attention to what I eat, and I'll never trust a brand for which I don't have a clue about half of the ingredients in their bread*.

Yeah, for a fucking bun. You get a whole dictionary for a bite in a Big Mac you literate fatass.
"KTV: we do chicken right!"
And I see by your grammar that you are Chinese after all, "Are these fast food in China gained back your trust?".
I never eat at KFC in any country, too oily. China McD's had a scandal years ago, using old patties ( like 2 years old). I had a Big Mac once, meat was brown outside and gray inside. It should be brown inside. I spit it out, never had one again. Occasionallly I'd get fries or coffee at McD's. Neither chain is fine dinning, they are fast junk food.
I read that a McD's patty may contain meat from 1000 cattle due to processing.
While I never really trusted KTV and McDonalds in the first place either, I still think these are to be preferred over the anonymous and (possibly) poisoned foods in a Chinese fast food chain. So I would eat at McDonalds at times - not KTV though, it gives me stomach problems every time
I don't even trust these outlets in America. So there's no way I'd trust them in China. The corporatism of food has increased overall supply but quality-wise it has produced very questionable results. I try to eat as natural as possible, but that only means I've slightly minimized my intake of Franken-food, aka, I'm still nowhere near getting rid of all of it from my diet. Still it's best to do what you can. I advise anyone to severely limit their intake of McDonalds. The only exception is if you do it to soak up all the poisonous alcohol you consumed that night. That makes Mc Donald's the lesser evil then.

Fast food is fast food.. For the record, I wouldn't eat Chinese fast food either.
I personally think it is probably of the same shitty standard it always was. Maybe even a little safer if anything. I think KFC and McD's learned some valuable lessons about doing business in China and have changed the way they supervise their managers, but it's still just shitty pseudo food.
If I ate it before ( I didn't) I would be fine with eating it now.
I sometimes eat at Burger King, once per month or so, I never got sick or felt dizzy after eating there (unlike when eating at some local restaurants), I only wonder how they stay in business, every time I go there the restaurant is almost empty while the McDonald's and KFC across the road are always packed.
