    Foreign pharma is extremely limited here simply because if it were available it would push A LOT of companies out of business.

    There are some local brands (and as said above, some large companies like Bayer and Pfizer are here in a limited capacity) that are acceptable.

    If you can let me know what you are looking for, I can give you a point in the right direction.

    As long as you have a valid residence permit in your passport, you can quit a job, give notice, whatever and get a new job.

    Your new company will need to convert your current work permit or foreign experts license because you need to be "sponsored" by a company here.  You'll need to provide your new company with all the usual documents, your current alien work permit/...
