And, why don't we have "stickies" that would/should prevent the same questions being asked over and over and over and over and over and over...

Scandinavian:

there would be a lot of stickies though, still valid suggestion though. 

better search would help the same problem, e.g. automated search when asking a new question "Hang on, did you know there is already this, and this thread on the same topic"

There already is such an automated keyword search. The thing is, I want to see the anonymous posts disappear. Every month it's the same: why is China racist? Can non-natives get a teaching job? I know the visa laws say 'x' but I want to know...
