@FindJobz, top L corner ... with 'mechanical engineering' in search:

You'll have to get a sponsor, employer in China with foreign hire authorization to sponsor your Z, work visa and as per my knowledge, you will be required to exit China and apply for Z visa at you home country's Chinese Embassy.
