Q: Any chinese-flavor potato chips that are actually good?

Some weird flavors in stores here. I've tried a few and was not really impressed. Pepsi chicken flavored...sounds delicious.

I'm craving for Salt and Vinegar chips but sadly....no luck here......got some on Tao Bao tho.

Scandinavian:

try your local Carre Four, ours has Lays Salt & Vinegar in the imported food section. You do have to bring the big wallet to purchase them though. (think it is about 30 per bag)

FritoLay chips are readily available in most major cities in China as they are produced locally.  Most of their product line here mirrors to a large extent their product at home.  Great chips, I think.

Yeah, Lay's "American Classic" are the only one's I've found so far that were edible enough to finish the packet.

I found some American brand chips (can't remember if it was Lays or Pringles, sorry) with the flavor name Blueberry Breeze.  They were good enough I brought some back to the US with me for friends to try

You better think about your health twice when you buy it, should you believe  something is tasty. I bought once and I felt I took a dose of toxicity in my body. It simply tasted chemicals.

Pringles had a "world flavor" for a while which was chicken satay - damn those were good. Most of the Lay's chips are fairly ok, just localized flavors.

I try to avoid anything with the "shrimp" taste though.  To me, it's just vile.  Also the "lobster & cheese" is mostly disgusting.

By far the greatest snack food I have found is from Oishi - it's called "chicken drummettes" - somehow they managed to make a snack food which is exactly like KFC extra crispy batter - a snack bag of coating without the chicken, shaped like little drumsticks.
