Istanbul is the most charming city in the world. I have been there twice and I can tell you that Turkey is a phenomena. Delicious food, deep history, and lovely people.

Right Silverstein. I've read many positive words about Turkey and Istanbul in particular. I've long wanted to visit there.

bighair:

You really should go there, exotic scenery, warm and friendly people, plus Istanbul is a romantic citysmiley

Went there years ago and stayed by the sea. Loved it. Great weather, great beaches, hairy women with enormous eyebrows, marvelous food, definitely worth a visit.
