Try adding some context!
It depends what you want notarising.
no one can give you a definitive answer on this "question"

I'm telling you, my 7 jackets are all 'invisible'
Was thinking about opening of small retail outfit to sell invisible eChina jackets there.
Customer's entering my jacket retail joint.....
me: 'this one is a bit more expensive, because of the 'eChina-tities' logo on the back....'
costumer: 'where?'
me: 'the logo? It's here, on your back....You need a mirror to see the logo...'
costumer: 'not the logo, where's the jacket?'
me: 'here, all jackets are invisible.....didn't you see the promo action on teli....?'

More context: I'm in Beijing. I need two documents notarized ASAP. Money isn't an issue

What documents???????
if it's a passport, driving license or marriage book then any authorized notary office can do it. If it's your degree certificate then it would probably be your embassy
