Q: Are herbal patches for muscle pain effective?

Ever since I strained muscle of my upper back playing badminton, I've been feeling the pain every day after walking/pulling/lifting pretty much anything.

I was thinking about trying the herbal patches you put on the skin and was wondering if anyone had tried these before?

You bascially need a good massage (or 6).

The herbal patches are designed to put heat into the area, which will increase blood-flow, and therefore (supposedly) to remove the excess stuff faster while it is healing. Coincidentally, it will release a few chemicals for pain mitigation

But, trust me, a few good massages over a  couple of weeks, and you'll be fine! (unless you've done some serious damage).

I've pulled my lower back muscle a few weeks ago and I tried the herbal patches- it does really work if you don't mind the smell.  The pain went away after a few days of using the patches.  "Weishi Ciliao Gutongtie" that's the english name for the patches.

Smashed my shoulder awhile ago and swear by the patches

However If I were you test it on your skin before you go the hole hog

as some peoples skin can react to it.

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
