Q: Are there UFO sightings in China?

I know it's obvious why you never hear stories in the media....but people talk.

Is the truth out there?

Of course there are! How many times have you been out and about and heard locals screaming and pointing, "Laowai! Laowai!! Laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Laowai is, of course, Chinese for 'Unusual Foreign Oppressor."

I have wondered about paranormal events in China. With a history of 5000 years, you would think there would be all kinds of ghost stories.

There were UFO sighting in Chengdu a few years ago, and there is a tiny "UFO are alien ships" community in China.

I always thought that UFO's and aliens only go to the US.  I mean, you don't get alien movies where they land elsewhereindecision

I can remember a story about a village in QiLing (Shanxi??) mountains where, following a ufo sighting an entire village vanished. Sounded a bit shonky to me.

I couldn't be arsed to search for it.

There have been multiple sights including one where two Chinese air force fighters were seen chasing after it for almost a minute before it just climbed out of site within seconds. There was a You ku video but I have no time to search for it now. I think it was in Dongbei about two years ago or possibly Shandong.

Yeah, very strange indeed! There were also 3 or more pilots in different aircrafts reporting the same sighting.

There is a month old report from Chinese sightseers from Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and Bj on Weibo on the same link ...

https://www.rt.com/news/441074-ufos-beijing-inner-mongolia/

... buTT .. the 'leader' said: "No, it wasn't! What's the matter with you all?"

I go down the avenue that says ET does exist, but they dont come here to buzz comercial jets or probe mid western Americans to find out what their bacterial flora count is.

The distances are too vast.

Stiggs:

Too vast for us but then who's to say ET straps himself into primitive fossil fuel powered skyrockets to get from A to B like we do.

Answer of the DayMORE >>
A: No, it's not allowed to work under RP at 2nd job! I'd say, Z visa
A:No, it's not allowed to work under RP at 2nd job! I'd say, Z visa/RP sponsor can have an objections to your part-time job. I did the same at my English teaching in China and elsewhere, butT ... I casually mentioned at my prime job, some kindergarten or another school asked me to work with them part-time. Then, my Q: "Is that permitted?" ...  Answer from RP sponsor was always "Yes, but you can't be late or miss the classes at our school ..." with my reply: "No, our work schedule has a priority, and I'll arrange classes at kindergarten only in my free time." When I cleared that, I was undertaking any extra teaching hours at other schools and private students in my free time.Sometimes, teachers at my prime job asked me if I'm willing to have some extra classes elsewhere.I accepted after the talk with School's principal. I suggest, you test the felling at your Z/RP sponsor and once you see they don't object, you can work at 2nd job. Keeping your 2nd job as a secret from your employer won't work, 'cause you're laowai and Chinese know exactly what you do in your free time. However, despite your employer's agreement for extra work, you are still in violation of Chinese Labour law, and even if your sponsor agrees to your extra work, you can still get in trouble, because it's clearly written (somewhere ... ) that under Z/WP, one can work only at the Z-sponsor and nowhere else. Penalties ... I'd say, there won't be any warnings and you'll be required to exit China in short Exit time.It never happened to me, so I can't really advice how is when manure hits the fan ...  -- icnif77
