I think the good old 'better late than never' may count here, but I am not sure to be honest...
I have invitation letter and itinerary which i have submitted to visa section while making visa, in that letter i have written where i live and where i go for visit. So still need register?
Yes you should have registered within, I think, 48 hours of arriving!

Hotwater:
If I understand your post correctly you are only here for one more week. If so then it's probably not worth it.
Or or go and register & apologise....tell them you didn't know.

Play the dumb foreigner card or just say nothing and register....you've been traveling after all and you'll have a nice souvenir with a story for your friend's amazement when you get home
take a train out and a flight back, and hopefully you can fool them into thinking you just arrived in BJ they are only concerned with your time in BJ. If they asked about when you first arrived, say you took a bus out the next day.

while going back to my country whether they will ask resgistration slip at beijing airport or not?
Technically, you need to register within 24 hours. (So says the info insert they often give you on entry.) But each station (and officer) varies re: strictness or leniency. Also, since March 2014, the rules changed (at least in Beijing), to where EACH TIME you register, you must be accompanied by the owner (or his/her rep), who must bring his/her ID card, and the original ownership document, and your name needs to be on the lease. Be be prepared to leave photocopies of everything. So, the issue now is not so much the timing (within 24 hours), but having all these things (owner or rep, papers) in place EACH TIME you register (that is, when your length of stay or status changes or after reentry [if length of stay changes]).
