Yes there is a train from Beijing to Lhasa. I believe that it is the T27 and it should take around three days to get there. I've never been but I have heard it is really beautiful...just be careful of altitude sickness. Found this website maybe it will help: http://www.neworientexpress.com/qz.html
i think you can go to lhasa in train.yes from beijing there are many trains going to all over the china. you can find it directly on the counter from the train operating people. or you can see it from this website.......
