Q: Chinese food that makes a good pairing for western food?
I'd say duo jiao (The green beans with garlic and pork) is a great sidedish for a steak. Lots of the dry noodles make a good sidedish as well. Chuar, of course with cesar salad is awesome too. Your ideas?
