Q: deleting messages - any problems?

i've been trying to delete some private messages, but they are still there !!! Anyone encountered this, or know how to solve it?

You can open the messages and delete, but you can not delete messages that are in your ''in box'', never did work, Search for posts no longer works, site needs work.

You have to go one by one go through it...yes you can do it. I thought you couldn't, but the trick is you have to go to the origin and delete from there. Kind of like from the inside out. If it's a reply or something you can't just delete it you have to go to the origin...it should work. It worked for me. I thought about this too last week and found out how to do it.

thanks guys. Ted's solution works. I'd received random PM's from new posters i had never heard of before, but i think i scared them off. I just needed to get rid of their messages wink

actually sorrel it is not that they're still there. i send you the same message asking to meet up every 30minutes.
