Q: Do chinese guys like straightforward girls?

i met this one Chinese guy, he's still in high school. I think he's quite mature but sometimes he can be funny. he always accompanied me at night (through chatting) whenever I can't sleep or busy with doing something, i told him I'll be fine but he won't sleep until i sleep. once it was almost 3:30am because i was studying for exam. i thought he's quite a nice guy and he could be straightforward sometimes, so i thought maybe i should be straightforward too. once at night, i was about to sleep so i told him, and he seems upset, i asked him if he still wants to talk to me, he said yes so i talked to him that night until he's ready to sleep. i asked him why he waited for me to sleep, he said he'll hug me if I'm upset. i feel comfortable around him so i told him about something that's been bothering me and problems, once i told him there's some creepy guys i met, he's quite protective type. I don't know if he's like that because of me or because he's curious. the point is i feel so comfortable with him until i become really straightforward person, i told him something like I don't want to sleep yet because i enjoy talking to him and i said he's the best friend I've ever met. i didn't realise i said that directly, i realized it after i said those. so I'm afraid if I'm being too annoying for being too straightforward or makes him uncomfortable..

the thing is i think I've caught feeling for him, so i just want to make sure why he did that, genuinely or just playing around or he's just a nice person before things get worst

you sound like you are in your teens too.

and no, what he is doing is not mature in any way.

and the guy you describe (if this is real) sounds like a creepy stalker who just wants to control you (for bragging rights - if you are not chinese yourself that is)

maybe post on something like Reddit or Quora

That's from the pre-Cambrian period ..., i.e. longer-time-before-China ago ... cheeky

A:1. Apply at FindJobz, top L corner of this screen! 2. Have a look over the Internet with "Requirements for an English teaching job in China" in search for more details. You could also look at the guidance titled "How to use an Internet, search engines in particular ..." for more in-dept knowledge. 3. As you can see from no. 2,, main requirement for an ET job in China is holding of a native English passport (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and S. Africa), no different than anywhere else in the world. 4. Non-English native passport holders qualify for an ET job in China only if they hold BA degree completed in the native English country. However, most recruiters and hiring managers in China aren't aware of that exemption, so if you hold a degree from one or two native English countries, I suggest you include that into Introduction letter. Good lucky! P.S.Application for the NASA's Moon-to-Mars Program at the Cape Canaveral is less stringent than applying for an ET job as a non-native Englisher ...That of course, is an opinion of a non-English native teacher with lengthy English teaching experience in several different countries.  -- icnif77
