Q: Do not EVER use Yespo... it's a scam!

That's right!

They will rip you off, steal your money, and the 'translations' they offer are ridiculous! (and, they'll only do that the first couple of times... then you never hear from them again).

I once tried them out, when I needed to get to the train station.

I used yespo to translate "How do I get to the train station?"... and she ended up translating to a local as "Would you please fondle my buttocks"!!!!

Ok, it came as a surprise, and was pretty nice - but I ended up being late, and missed my train because of Yespo!

What's worse, the guy demanded 150RMB for fondling me, and yespo refused to reimburse me! I mean, it was their fault because of the lousy translation!!

Any email I tried to send went nowhere, and they even stopped answering my calls!

Never ever use Yespo - and tell all your friends not to either!

If you've had bad translations done by them, and been ripped off, share your stories!

On a serious note, what kind of idiot would pay for a casual translation when there are so many free translation apps available?

I disagree. Having a personal translator is SO much easier in life! Much more efficient (if the translator can be trusted to translate - and not filter). What can take 1 minute with a translator can take 10 with apps - especially when the app translation doesn't work very well (ie, ideas just don't work!) I had a girl I knew send me a message in Chinese. the translation app said she was going to go home sort of soon-ish... my friend said "nope - she's about to head off now". HUGE difference when you're in the middle of something.
