I look straightforward, I wear mirrored sunglasses most of the time, the ultimate anti-stares weapon, if they stare at me, they see their ugly face and stop staring.

Haha, that's good man. I like that.

Agree on the looking straightforward. Nothing says control like good posture and eyes forward.

I'll be damned if I die because some idiot drops something from the 20th floor.

RachelDiD:

I had a friend once who threw a flaming wok out of the 20th floor in his apartment. He got burned when the oil caught fire...and I guess his first thought was to throw the wok out the window. No one got killed thank goodness.

Most of the hazards in China come from below (open-man holes, crap, broken roads, some child running in the streets) or spontaneously around some random corner.

I look around. Photography is my hobby so I am always looking all ways, imaginging how what I see could be framed.

Ok, I admit I am not very good at photography, but looking at the world as if you were a photographer is a good way to see more of the world Smile Up, down, left right and even upside down.

A:Good question!  I'd say, if you study at Uni in China beside working full-time as an E.T. with Residence permit, you don't interfere with your full-time employment. It's your free time and you can do anything you want, with respect to the Chinese laws and customs. Have a look at terms of Z visa/Residence permit and ... ".. you cannot work (and earn monies!) with another employer ..."That's all it is! Your RP sponsor title is written on the RP stamp in your passport, I think. It's in Mandarin, so I've heard about that from someone ...At I.D.-ing by cops, they know where you work and than more details about you are just a phone call away ... and it happened in person ... LOL ... during the day-time stroll through Wulumuqi, Xinjiang, 2012/13 semester. Now under RP, you're free to surf Internet, jog, ... and study, too. I suggest, you look and ask at the Uni, you plan to study in the future. Have a detailed look at requirements for studying and attending chosen Uni.Good luck! -- icnif77
