I mean the hormone induced, steroid injected, antibiotic laced, giant unnaturally large breasted savory chicken?
Or just not chopped up into a zillion chopstick sized, bone filled pieces, head and all.
Yeah but I got a lady that oil fries thin strips of white mean on a stick for one yuan each. Rub on a little spices and throw a handful in a steamed bun, and you got my go to drunken meal when I'm out at night. To mix things up, I'll have her throw in some mushrooms or veggies. Oh yeah.
No problem you can buy the boneless skinless chicken breasts for less then a chicken wing, rolled in egg and seasoned bread crumbs then deep fried and you got yourself a cheap better then KFC delight.
YES...and i was vegetarian in the states. go figure

Haha, I was also a veggie in the States. Seems impossible in China.
I actually think Chicken in China tastes better. Same with pork. But beef... China still needs to learn how to age beef.
Go to the local markets and buy a super fresh one, they seem to be drug free to me as they are normal size
I live in Beijing so we can get organic at foreign stores.
