Q: Does anyone out there has any living experience in Hengyang, Hunan?
It has become a consideration at present time to think about the possibility of moving to Hengyang City, Hunan Province. Any one out there had lived, or is living in Hengyang? If so, can you share some of your experiences there?
I have already checked Internet sites for information, but would like a more personal view.

From what I understand, you're retired. So go live there for a couple of months to get a sense of the place
