Q: On evidence of work experience for the purpose of work visa processing....

Is there special wording that a written document serving as evidence of one's previous work experience is supposed to follow? Or the wording does not count that much as long as the letter/document is on an official headed paper and bears an official stamp.

 

This is to be used in the application for a work visa in China.

No such a document from my ex employer, I ever needed for Work visa.

 

You (your employer) must fill up Work visa application with your working experience.

That's all I need to do considering my working experience. No letters or stamp of any kind!
