so I have a single entry 90 days F visa for cultural exchange (as stated in the invitation letter)..so what happens to my F visa if I'm leaving the currently company? can they blacklist me? There was a contract signed, but since it's not a Z visa then I won't need a release letter from them right?
Thanks

Cultural exchange my a**! You're working illegally, so of course they can't blacklist you! Nobody can do nothing to you. You're on a free ride. They won't even waste the time to cancel it! Fool!
but if you want to extend your F visa later(in shanghai), you will need the company's documents, same company as the one invited you and sponsored the F visa. If you won't extend it in Shanghai, it's ok.
If the company wants, it is able to blacklist, somehow, but most may "won't even waste the time to ".
Good luck
