...one just broke up their gf, and has too much free time?
Help...I'm stuck in Wan Chai and I can't find my way out!!
I've tried, but I keep ending up stuck at the bar. It's like a magnetic force that over powers me....almost like a dog whistle. Cold beer, beautiful women and great music. I may never go back to the mainland!
What can I do?

Going to Hong Kong is never a bad idea no matter what the circumstance is. Ok unless if it is illegal stuff. Fresh air, nice people and a less crowded place. You can't beat that anywhere! What you can do is forget about your troubles just go to Hong Kong and go a different route. You may be surprised with what you find at the end of the tunnel.
You keep saying you want to go to the Philippines. Somewhere like that might be better, just because its cheaper. Also, the weather is tropical and you can go to the beach, which I'd be very jealous of.
Nope. That sounds like a perfect time to go to Hong Kong, unless of course, the scenery is fine where you are at, which it sounds like it is!
Wan Chai... Sigh. I miss that place a lot. Many, many good times there. You might want to pry yourself away from Wan Chai and try Lan Kuai Fong for a night. Always lots of fun, a lot more open and tons of eye (and wallet) candy.
I love Hong Kong, I have an apartment in Tsuen Wan on the 34th floor, but an answer to your question is,"NO" HK isnt the place for foreigners to take their troubles and problems to..
HK people dont care about your problems, only your money...
So my point being is; bring alot of money and keep your social problems and personal troubles in your pocket lol!!!

Too late. I spent an obscene amount of money partying like a rock star for 5 nights straight. I love Hong Kong too. With my new visa I plan on spending every Saturday night there now.
