Q: Heavy makeup and face surgery, which is more acceptable?
Many Asian girls aren't content with their faces,in order to gain some confidence they'd even go for a nose job and such. But changes can also be done by magical makeup, its just that after they remove layers and layers of makeup they'd look like a total different person...so what do you think?

How about American girls? How's confidence in US? Are they more 'content' than Chinese girls? With their noses, tits and asses?
For certain 'remodelings', 'use of knife' is required, and some 'remodelings' you can achieve with the brush and powder.
Ask Oprah. She'll know.

One thing that is very common is having the eyelids fixed. Have heard several girls talk about it and see many that has it. Those who talk about having it done all emphasize that "it is not real surgery because you can go home right away" I would argue the same applies to any hospital procedure, the difference is whether you survive or not.
I have never met any Chinese women that had surgery. I see some girls wear heavy eye lashes. I think they look sexy. A girl I knew that wore heavy eye lashes, got in my elevator with me while not wearing them. I did not recognize her and she looked plain. My girl friend was a makeup artist and all she wore was eye brow pencil.

How do you know they haven't had surgery? Some stuff is not so obvious.

The women I know don't have the money to have work done. I did meet a Korean girl at home with silicone implants. I didn't think they were a nice job.
I don't think either one of those is acceptable, but out of the two I would have to say heavy makeup. At least than you can wipe all the makeup off and go back to being your normal self. If you get face surgery or plastic surgery you can't go back to the way you are and to me that is more unacceptable....

Cosmetic surgery is very common in China and Korea, mainly in larger cities. They will save up and dedicate any penny to look good in order to land a rich husband. Read up the statistics on cosmetic surgery in China and what they have done: eyes, nose, chin..... and no you can't tell they had a surgery. That's not to say they are not naturally pretty, but they do like to adopt some european features, like bigger eyes, softer nose etc.
