Gee, please do not leave your apartment with the phone screen stuck to your tongue, much less post a photo on any website,  If you do it, in a week we will see a bunch of weirdos walking with their phones stuck to their tongues too !

I'm afraid this can't be repaired. Cut off the tongue and hide your phone some place safe. If you then end your life, you should be reincarnated with a working tongue again. You can then retrieve the phone as soon as you are ambulatory, cleaning what remains of the tongue.
