It's difficult to get legal work as Non in 4 biggest cities and by the coast of China, because Non-native English teacher can't get Working permit, what it's not the case away from that area.

I work in China several years as Non with all proper documents. I fancy small cities.

Now, prepare your CV and hit the 'Jobs' tab, top R of the screen. I usually disregard requirement 'Native English Teacher' in the job advert, and send my CV anyway.

Chinese won't ever reply to your CV, if they aren't interested. Never mind! Don't stop sending CV, till you don't sign a Contract.

And for your information getting jobs for non native its not difficult only that the Chinese believe to much from the west and getting a z visa too its not difficult so many non native have them and move away from big cities some don't even pay well compared to small ones.Non natives we rock!
