Q: How do Chinese in general view "westeners"?

Based on you personal experience of the motley expat crew gathered around you in your workplace, what do Chinese colleagues generally think of "westeners".  Who wants to create possible but wild stereotypes for us?

Envy, Jealousy, Anger.  I Think these are some of the primary responses until they get to know us on a personal level. Then most of the time with most people I think it just turns into an ordinary human/human relationship. That is neither views the other in any particularly extreme manner. Just schmucks taking a ride on the Train of Life.
