Q: How do I get a motorcycle license with an F visa and no residence card?

I don't think I am allowed to get a motorcycle drivers license without a residence card. Is there a way I can get a motorcycle license without a residence card, or is there a way to get a residence card with only a 6 month F visa? I have everything else needed for the motorcycle license except the residence card.
Thanks :]

Where I live you can get a car licence easily enough as long as your visa is good for six months, but they won't give you a motorcycle licence at all, not sure why. Foreigners around just ride their motorbikes. I have an Ebike, the police don't seem to worry us at all.

Motorcycle license is becoming a rarity, they are actually causing more deaths in China than anyother vehicle accidents. Cities like Beijing have almost completely stopped giving them out. As for a drivers license, well if you don't have a resident visa you can get a temporary if your homecountry drivers license is valid, but it's only good for fleet vehicles.

Hmmm this is going to be harder than I thought thanks for all the info :]

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
