Once the contract is terminated and you need for final check or the release letter. What can you do if the school does not want to give them. For the release letter they said I can only get it if I find another job and they have to call them.

In fact they are right.
You can only get the letter of release if you find a new employer in China before the expiration of your current working visa.
This for three reasons:
-The letter of release is an official agreement between your old and new employers, it must state the official names of both companies, and by official names I mean something like "Beijing Chaoyang Wang Education Limited" in Chinese, not "Chaoyang International Kindergarten" or some other pretend name.
-The date on the letter of release has to match the exact same day when your new employer will apply for the transfer of your working visa. Officials are very strict about that, I have seem tranfers getting refused for one day difference between what's on the letter and when they have been to apply for the transfer.
-Your old employer must cancel your working visa as well as the working permit (the booklet) under their company once your new employer has applied for a new one.

No they are not right. They must give you the release documents within 30 days of your last day.
If they set your visa to expire too close to the last day of a contract, plan your escape early. Request the reference and release letter 2 months prior. If they refuse , give them 30 days notice. Be a mature business-minded adult.

Let me make this clear. Your former employer does not need to contact your new employer. Who doesn't know Chinese are liars and petty vindictive twats.
Do you really want your previous employer who is pissed because you would not bendover to call your new employer so he could tell him you slept with a student?
This OP is clearly a troll of some sort. You've posted these types of questions over and over . And you received clear and correct answers. To this question specifically.
Here is the answer you are looking for.
Call the CFTU, they will set you up with a lawyer. You pay the lawyer 10,000rmb and then the lawyer will terminate your contract.
Give it up already

You use so many damn accounts it is impossible to know which account you said what with and the search function doesn't work.
So what are you trying to gain?
Start with SAFEA and the right attitude. Be polite with them and have your complaint detailed in writing with a copy of your contract. If they don't help you, start posting your complaint on line at all the expat forums in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou and Wei Bo with their their name in the title like
"Another Complaint Against XYZ English School of JInan". If that does not get you a quick result from the school read pages 2 and 3 of this link here:
