The only way is to know someone in the company you want to work for, or to work for a company in your country and then get yourself transferred to China.

 

To look at this in a harsh light, you have to ask yourself a few questions.

 

What do you bring to the table that a local can not (For a lot less pay)?

 

What is your experience with the China market?  Because I guarantee you it is different from the EU market.

 

How do you expect to communicate with suppliers & customers?

 

Wanting to work in China is a nice sentiment, but you have to ask realistic questions about how you would do your type of work in a different market.

And there will be serious visa issues here as well.  Perhaps the OP might consider trying Hong Kong and looking into a job with one of the European multinationals there.  Still, it's going to be a hard sell.
