I spend about RMB 30-40 normally. Lunches are light affairs to me.
I work at a college. If I eat in the cafeteria, something like 5 - 8 yuan. If I eat outside the school, usually 5 yuan for dumplings. That's the price range for a normal dinner too.
Usually one beef dish and plain rice with a beer as well cost me 35/40
Factory cafeteria is free to the workers, but think it would cost 5-7 rmb for anyone else.
Fried noodles, dumplings, or soup, somewhere between 5 and 8 Rmb tops.
Between 15 to 25 Rmb...usually someplace like subway. Like to keep healthy!
Usually nothing as our factory cooks for me. Usually the managers and me will have a nice meal with about 8 dishes and soup.
The one time I ventured out of the factory gates and down the street to a roadside hole-in-the-wall restaurant (no KFC around there), it cost me about 30rmb with a beer and I had the shits for 2 days.
