I had a year  multiple entry tourist visa. It has expired .Before it expired I was married and had  it extended  for 4 months. Since that time I have had a divorce but  I need to extend my visa again. How do  extend it a second time and where do I do this?

Go to Public Security Bureau (Exit Entry Police), and ask them where to extend your visa.

At PSB, provided you do have all documents required, photos, and sufficient funds, with a valid L visa you can get two each 30 days extension.  But your visa expired already, and you are still in China on a residence permit that will also expire soon under the marriage reason.  But you also got divorced too, so that reason no longer exists, and the way I see it, and do hope I am wrong, you will at best get 10 days visa to leave the country.

Of course, if you get married again, you can do the extending part.
