i'm 23 years old and i already Graduated From the University in North china (Harbin) and my major was chinese language , now i live in guangzhou and i'm looking for some part-time or Full time job , let me know if anybody need English-chinese translator for business or travel

You could always try writing a cover letter and sending it with a CV/Resume to various companies. This method has met with success for a few people in the past.
