Q: Lets Name And Shame The Beijing Cheaters Here & Now. Which School or Business Victimized you?

Here is your chance to warn the rest of us so we also don't get burned by China's clever cheaters. Don't bother to post if you are not willing to list times, dates, places, and names (if you know them).  Without the details it will just be slanderous BS. For example, English Schools rip off foreign teachers every day with impunity. Teachers rarely ever get their last pay checks. So lets name these schools and nobody will work for them!!!

crying  I don't even know what to say about this.

"CleverChinaCheater" ?

I'm sorry, I have nothing here. My intelligent side says delete my response but my antagonistic side can't do it.

Are you still trying to get others to do your homework for you? You already posted this question and got nothing. At least change the "without details it will be slanderous BS" line. Sorry, it just sounds like it's from a 1920's pulp fiction magazine. Or try posting with your name. Own up to the fact you want "dirt," okay?

Oh, and are you using the word "clever" the way most Chinese people use it?

Lets do it! YAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY! So into it! So optimistic! YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAA!

Ok, you start. But before introduce yourself by getting names, places and dates...LLLLLEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTSSSSS stop those bullies!

NYME:

Okay, let's start with all the "agents" who recruit anyone who speaks English to become an English teacher for 150-200 yuan per hour while they are pocketing 300 yuan per hour for making two phone calls and posting an ad. Why are we so brain dead as foreigners that we cannot eliminate applications to agents and only deal directly with the actual employers?  It's almost as if the official role of foreigners in China is to be swindled or used as bait to swindle others!

A: No, it's not allowed to work under RP at 2nd job! I'd say, Z visa
A:No, it's not allowed to work under RP at 2nd job! I'd say, Z visa/RP sponsor can have an objections to your part-time job. I did the same at my English teaching in China and elsewhere, butT ... I casually mentioned at my prime job, some kindergarten or another school asked me to work with them part-time. Then, my Q: "Is that permitted?" ...  Answer from RP sponsor was always "Yes, but you can't be late or miss the classes at our school ..." with my reply: "No, our work schedule has a priority, and I'll arrange classes at kindergarten only in my free time." When I cleared that, I was undertaking any extra teaching hours at other schools and private students in my free time.Sometimes, teachers at my prime job asked me if I'm willing to have some extra classes elsewhere.I accepted after the talk with School's principal. I suggest, you test the felling at your Z/RP sponsor and once you see they don't object, you can work at 2nd job. Keeping your 2nd job as a secret from your employer won't work, 'cause you're laowai and Chinese know exactly what you do in your free time. However, despite your employer's agreement for extra work, you are still in violation of Chinese Labour law, and even if your sponsor agrees to your extra work, you can still get in trouble, because it's clearly written (somewhere ... ) that under Z/WP, one can work only at the Z-sponsor and nowhere else. Penalties ... I'd say, there won't be any warnings and you'll be required to exit China in short Exit time.It never happened to me, so I can't really advice how is when manure hits the fan ...  -- icnif77
