That would depend on how many "women" you are married to. I don't think you're living in "chine" but living in "sin."
To answer your question - you can apply for a work permit but that negates your Q visa and most likely requires a trip back home.
It's been said so many times on this forum: the ONLY legal way to work is with a Z visa that converts to an FRP.

Yup, as Sinobear says you need do the whole Z visa, work permit and residence permit to work here, no matter if you are married or not. You have tp at least leave China to do that.
