North Korea is generally known as a place that likes to keep secrets, but its propaganda arm may have inadvertently let loose something huge—that the country's first intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was supposed to land within Japanese territory.

You mean in their territorial water, or on the land? That could be be a pretty major escalation of tensions if it's true.

A:Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever foreigners do.  I spent 15 years in China but I wouldn't say there are that many don'ts....Don't assume that many people speak English though and learn some Chinese. Don't speak much about politics unless you want to praise Chinese system.  -- Natalie363
