Q: Should I continue giving trainning to the two sales?
As the boss kept lying and delayed my paycheck again and again. I lost my passion working here. But I still want to stick around here for a while before finding a better job.
I am assigned to train the two sales the boss just hired a month ago.
I have told them many many times that they have to send their project form to be before 12pm on every Friday but they didn't do it today and never sent to me until I asked again before. I am very unhappy with their attitude.
And you know plus I got my paycheck delayed.
Based on how the shits, I wonder if I should continue training the two sales?
Should I even sign the contract with this company if the boss asked me to sign?
Yes you should.
If you're going to leave, then just leave but if you're going to stay there, then training the girls is still your job. I personally wouldn't take the training too seriously if the boss isn't paying you and the girls don't seem to care but you should at least show you're trying to do something with them.
You've not got a written contract? How do you expect to enforce any salary issues?
if it was me I'd stop working until I was paid.
By the way - it's "training", one "n", not two.
strangest country I have ever been to,, I've been a few places,, too bad viki doesn't have a serious cat bf (Western) who could go and meet boss,, hang-out, then when perfect, private time comes up to ask him if he enjoys hospital stay,,, haha,, yeah, I'm a keyboard warrior,, but ,,, haha,, I threw down in my day.

take your trainees with you when/if you ever find a position/job that YOU are happy at.

You do a job (mostly) because we get paid to do it.
Therefore, if you're not getting paid, then you shouldn't do the job! Shouldn't even come into the office, for that matter.
Walk into the bosses office, and make it clear... payday is payday. If you're not paid on payday, then you don't continue working there until you are.
I don't see how this is not obvious and logical...
