I went to an interview today, the boss liked me and offered me the job immediately. I request 10000rmb to start with, he didn't say anything about my salary request, but he said he will discuss remuneration with me once I confirmed to work for him. He asked me to confirm him in two days.
It's an international sales manager job to lead the sales team.
But i found there's a plate outside of the building has my previous company's name written on. I guess maybe my previous company which fired me has set up the laboratory in the same building.
So I worry that I will meet my old boss or colleagues if I go work there. I worry they will say something bad to my current employer. Should I go work there? Any advice?
Isn't it pretty simple?
If you want the job - take it.
If he offers a lower salary that's unacceptable - don't take it.
It's not rock science!
Definitely take it. You need income. Time to quit worrying about the why's, wherefore's and maybe's and take an employment offer.

Just do it, if they cause trouble... then deal with it later.
If you like the job and it seems like a good opportunity, you can't let anything stop you. You don't owe them anything... You need money to live and eat right?

Yes. I decide to take.
But I requested 10000, the boss didn't say anything about my salary request and just told me to confirm if I want to come to work and he said he will discuss remuneration with me once I confirmed to work for him.
I messaged him back that I wanted to come to work after I left his office for 4 hours. He told me he'll call me back on tomorrow and told me he's driving.
So I am not really sure if he'll offer me 10000rmb and really will call me back. So I kept scheduling interviews till I get one.

Why would they say something bad? Did you get fired or leave on bad terms?
You're worrying too much.

Got fired for not get along with boss's brother-in-law, but all sales don't like him.
Got fired also because I didn't prepare the way the boss wants for giving meeting report about exhibition we just attended.
lol
But after I got fired, the whole sales department seem all quit, including the only engineeer.
But I lied on the cv too. I didn't put this company on abs extended my working time in another company on cv.

I just got employed by this boss, he'll pay me 8000rmb in probation and 10000rmb+insurances after probation. Free working lunch.
The boss is a horrible person, I heard him callling his other employees bad name on the phone and constantly said fuck. Lol
I took this job mainly for money and the position to look good on CV.
But that's a super nice salary for Chinese. Since the payment is high, the chance of losing job will be high too. I'll have to take a gambline during the 3 monthes probation.
Guaranteed...within the next 3 minutes baths we'll be getting Vicky posting about how she hates her boss blah blah blah...

Seriously, Vicky, the only chance you have to get married with your laowai prince is to trick him and get pregnant, but make sure first to have a phot of his passport and know exactly where he works.
Dont need to thank me, just shut your f up for a month. I'm tired to see this non-questions.
