Sign up with Google Sign up with FacebookQ: Should Merkel step down? Is it time for internment camps?
Ironically the country that gave internment camps a bad name is the country that desperate ly needs to bring them back (not in the same manner ofcourse)
If you ask me, Merkel has been flawless as Germany's and the EU's leader except in one major area. God knows why she decided to open Europe's doors to the most violent group of people. She ignored previous attacks and warnings, she ignored the wishes of her own people. She actually tried to cover up attacks (the New Year's mass rapes).
This week of bloodshed is due to her weakness when it comes to Muslims and her naivety.
Of course no one should call it internment camps but all non German Muslims should be rounded up and sent back to their homelands. Start with the refugees and anyone sheltering them. Only allow the ones you can clearly see are non threatening. Women not wearing those ridiculous coverings. Women who want to drive and go to school.
note to retirede: stop with the bogus news. Has anything retired posted turned out to be true? Even with all these attacks he has never posted about them just stories that turned out to be made up.

I wonder what a re-education camp for movie stars is like?
I'm quite sure the German stories are true, also happened to be a German citizen, many friends and family live there, but I have no problem with internment camps of any kind, they served their purpose for what was needed at that point in history. The reaction to them (as in the past) changed the world for the better I hope. Sometimes bad things create good results and if the bad things never happened, a worse result could have occurred. I take the long view beyond my life time on most issues and Merkel, well, the long view that Muslim men could be patriotic future workers, craftsmen for enhancing the German economy because of population shrinkage is a pipe dream. Most Muslim workers are like Chinese workers, just do enough to avoid being fired.

another solo upvote for your question, it's all good. I don't post the obvious stories, I look for the cover ups, rumors, etc. because I don't trust any government or any media outlet to give the full details. All the cockroaches should see the sunlight, good and bad, true and false, and I really don't give a shit what anybody thinks of me. Peer pressure has never worked on me, school, work, military, business, gun at my head, torture, never worked never will. The cover up of the DNC screwing Sanders want last 24 hours, the press will just ignore it, but it should be open for everybody to see it. If Putin is responsible for this press leak, he should get a Pulitzer Prize.

another false fabricated story totally made up for your enjoyment. It seems Hussein and the Europeans have got the concept of "catch and release" working real well though. They must all be so proud.
good job Germany!
in a week or so:
a depressed iranian on a kill spree at MC Donald
an afghan(refugee? or just illegal immigrant?anyway let' em all in) injures 5 people with an axe while screaming Allah akbar
A sirian kils a pregnant woman with a machete
and last but not least another sirian, 27yo blew himself up and injured 12 people...
more to come.
retiredinchina:
Germany is basically the head of the EU and the exports to the other European countries has given the economic power like China achieved some economic power from being a major exporter to the world. If some other country in Europe finally copies the German quality export model and puts Germany down a few notches, Germany will lose the soft power they have in the EU. If Germany does not stop the violence, the soft power will crash along with the economic power very quickly.

And, as much as I hate having to do this, let's look at America in the same week.... (these are only 'mass shootings' incidents. But, clearly, we should be banning all Americans!!!

shining,
Chicago beats that total almost every week, sadly. A recent holiday weekend, july 4 or memorial day weekend, they had 69 shootings in 72 hours. Germany has some of the toughest gun laws in the world. It will be interesting to find out how an 18 year old got a 3000 dollar Glock pistol, made in Smyrna, Georgia in the United States.
Englteachted:
Shining, again your logic makes no sense. If your son is a thief and steals from your wife's purse while a house guest stole from your wallet would you a) kick them both out? b) Keep your son and kick out the house guest? c) or keep them both?
Your flawed logic is because we have bad citizens we must bring in potentially bad immigrants. That's just dumb.

Welcome to Eurabia http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-36892785 An 84-year-old priest was killed and four other people taken hostage by two armed men who stormed his church in a suburb of Rouen in northern France. The two attackers, who said they were from the so-called Islamic State (IS), slit Fr Jacques Hamel's throat during a morning Mass, officials say.
Yeah, let's blame the president... much easier than actually trying to find solutions! Effective solutions..
Much easier to do kneejerk reactions than find out WHAT is happening, and WHY it's happening, and HOW to fix it.
Your focus on the 1% (or less) of the people, and tar the other 99% with the same brush... the 99% who are all saying "oh fuck, not again!"
How do you feel when you see a bad report about a 'foreigner' who is caught doing something bad in China, and it's all over the media, and the 'patriotic' chaps start ranting about kicking all foreigners out of China? Do you agree 100%, pack up and leave? Or do you say "hey - that's one person, and it's not me!"???
Your hypocrisy never fails to amaze (and disgust) me!
(downvotes to redness in 3....2......)
retiredinchina:
As a German citizen, yes she should go, but also as an American citizen, I apologize to all Europeans for having a president who said there was a red line but did not back up the talk. We should have sacrificed 3 or 4 thousand soldiers in Syria to save Europe from this terrible tragedy, but the liberal progressives in America have said we are neocons, butting in to other countries affairs where we don't belong, enforcing human rights when we are hypocrites on human rights and finally Americans believe it and don't give a shit about our fellow man in other countries. For better or worse, this is what we have now, the unintended consequences of a guilty superpower sticking their head in the sand. So now China and America are ostriches and Russia is filling the void. Maybe they will do a better job.
Shining_brow:
You're not looking back far enough, RiC.... it's America's intervention and alliances in the Middle East that's the problem! ISIS, like Al Quaeda & the Taliban, were instigated by the US 'intelligence' agencies (with help from the Saudis). A - to keep the oil flowing, and B - to stop the Russian 'aggression'.
The troubles in Syria at the moment were brought about by US and European intervention. The Saudi family is MUCH worse on human rights than Assad, and yet they get a free pass! The CIA overthrew a democratically elected government in Iraq. Israel was supplied with nukes by the US. Saddam Hussein was put into power by the CIA.
The US wouldn't need to 'sacrifice' 3 or 4 thousand soldiers - if ISIS weren't supplied with weapons from oil sales going to the US and its 'allies' (looking at you Turkey!) ISIS could have been shut down years ago (well, it shouldn't even have come about!) But instead, they're getting supported, and the war continues... and refugees flee! And, in amongst (some) of them, are people who shouldn't have been put into that position.
Your last comment about Russia taking over - seems they did a MUCH better job taking on ISIS in Syria than NATO ever did!
Also - your 'human rights' BS is BS. If you want to talk about human rights violations as a good reason to invade a country and remove the head of state, there are MANY countries seriously in need of this. Oh, but they don't have oil or other precious resources, while also having a leader who doesn't want to co-operate....

Islam Vs The West - Has A Neo-'Operation Gladio' Been Started?
How should France answer to the horror in Nice? The country is now deeply entrenched in a long-term war with few hopes of dodging future attacks. The anger of the French population is understandable. But booing a prime minister at the commemoration ceremony for the loss of innocent lives is not the smartest idea. No intelligence service could have prevented the Nice attack as nothing in the profile of the lunatic who drove over 84 people could have suggested a potential link to terrorism. – Al Jazeera
We’ve been writing regularly about the meme of “evil Islam” and our perspective that it is propaganda – a dominant social theme – intended to create military tension, further authoritarianism and even, eventually, wider wars setting the West against Islam.
You can see our articles HERE and HERE And HERE too.
The lie is that Islam of itself is a terrible threat to the French – and Western – way of life.
The lies are propagated by a tiny group of people who organize fallacious themes that then become Western policy.
Global warming, the economics of central bank – and the dangers of Islam – are all examples of these themes.
The lies are regularly expanded and deepened.
Here is a famous recent quote by the Direction générale de la sécurité intérieure – Patrick Calvar:
“We are on the verge of a civil war.”
Calvar is actually describing a war that he likely wants. The whole idea of the Evil Islam exercise is to polarize Europe in preparation for increased globalist solutions.
More from Al Jazeera:
The anger of the French population is understandable. But booing a prime minister at the commemoration ceremony for the loss of innocent lives is not the smartest idea.
If the French were booing the prime minister because they understood the manipulations taking place, that would be a positive development.
But no doubt the French in question were booing because they believed the state had not taken a firm enough stance against “radical Islam.”
Unfortunately, it is the state that has created the problem, starting with the forcible absorption of Algeria that later gave rise to the Algerian War of Independence, (1954–62).
This war was a bitter one and many of the “Muslims” in France are from Algeria. They still don’t like the French establishment.
The antipathy that French Algerian Muslims harbor has been used by the mainstream media as evidence that Muslims cannot be absorbed into France.
The “Islam versus the West” meme is filled with lies.
There are as many questions about the Paris attack in France as the one in Nice.
When it comes to the recent horrible attack in Nice, photos and videos seem to show no blood on the truck. Go look on the Internet for yourself.
Every large terror incident in France has had significant questions attached. Just as in the US, evidence is easily presented that these attacks are not what they seem.
It is no doubt difficult to accept that evil forces are manipulating events in Europe and the US so as to cause tension between Islam and the West.
But this is how wars are manufactured. The West did the same sort of thing to Japan. It demonized Japan and then created a war .
And twice with Germany. In the past years it is has been revealed conclusively that banks and Western industry funded Hitler.
In much of the post-war 20th century period, the CIA and other intel agencies prosecuted Operation Gladio, which manufactured terror incidents purportedly generated by left-wing forces.
HERE, from TruthMove:
The main function of the Gladio-style groups, in the absence of Soviet invasion, seems to have been to discredit left-wing groups and politicians through the use of “the strategy of tension,” including false-flag terrorism.
The strategy of tension is a concept for control and manipulation of public opinion through the use of fear, propaganda, agents provacateurs, terrorism, etc. The aim was to instill fear into the populace while framing communist and left-wing political opponents for terrorist atrocities.
Has a neo-Operation Gladio been started?
The CIA doesn’t make announcements. But in the Internet era, it doesn’t have to.
Those running these affiliated intel operations may not like it but the pattern is increasingly obvious. This is surely an ongoing strategy not a series of incidents. How cold-blooded.
Ironically, the Al Jazeera editorial provides us with some pertinent conclusions on how to face the provocations of a neo-Operation Gladio.
Here:
The only option for France today is to stand proud on its secular republican values, multiply the satire that fundamentalists want to shut down, encourage societal inclusion, educate and educate again.
A turn to the extreme right would mean a victory for the terrorists.
However painful it is, the best way to prevail for the French is to stand strong and resist the populist temptations.
The editorial is written by Remi Piet, an assistant professor of public policy, diplomacy and international political economy at Qatar University.
Two issues with it:
The first thing he does not mention is that the acts of terror are the historical result of French government policies. These policies go back a long ways.
The French bullied Algeria, absorbed Algerian Muslims and then did not give them the opportunity to integrate.
The upshot is a generation of Muslim Algerians that live in France and are bitter about their treatment.
The second problem is that the issue is not one of Islamic terrorism from a historical standpoint so much as the French state being complicit in “false flag” terrorist operations.
Today’s “Evil Islam” meme is being created by forces that want to foster tensions and then worse between Islam and the West.
The French should stand up to their government and demand accountability. But the accountability should involve a confession that “radical Islam” is being advanced by forces affiliated with the government.
The REAL problem, therefore, is not how to defend against radical Islam but how to prevent the French government and broader Western facilities and associates from creating bloody false flags designed to increase tensions.
Conclusion: The French should confront their own government and other European populations should do the same. That goes for America, too. People should demand answers and call on the mainstream media to do its job instead of remaining complicit in an unpublicized but evident neo-Gladio program.
Go to slaughter an elderly French priest in a Catholic Church in the name of Isis. The two terrorists have taken an action that holds a clear symbolic meaning.
It completes the picture of all these attacks: a satirical newspaper, a Jewish Foods supermarket, a football stadium, a music theater, a coffee shop, an airport, a subway station, a train,a public square, a music festival, and now a church. Speaking of hopeless or a mental ill that emulates makes no sense: the declare us war.

My apt. is on the 13th floor-'in elevator press *14'- in the city on elevation of 1800m, in Giuzhou. Is that 'high'?
Going even higher next week: Sagarmatha, Nepal for a month-high-vacationes.
Why 'false flag'? USA need hand in Syria, because Vlad's cleaning-up the place ....so Frenchies declared the war on everybody and what not.
Now, 'ZATO' against the Vlad in ME ...
... last attacker was well known to police, and ....nothing. Why were all the latest terrorists well known to police? before attacks..., hmm-hmm? Even the Japanese one..Mastards, they even knew '911' will happened and .. .. it happened.
Shining_brow:
False Flags are effective when it's believable...which means, not just one type of that incident.
And, typically, false flags tend to lead to copycat incidents.
I personally doubt that ISIS has anything to directly link them to most of those attacks - other than inciting people to do such actions. ISIS obviously takes whatever it can claim - and there are idiots (and mentally unstable people) who just jump on the bandwagon. In some ways, the ISIS attacks remind me of Trump - attracting a lower common denominator, who then act on impulse. The Don will deny any connections to the violent things that his rants encourage, ISIS bathes in them.
Real terrorists attacks by ISIS take a hell of a lot of planning - which can be traced, and stopped. The radical moron who just says "I can get a truck and run people down" or, " I can get a knife and kill a priest" is easy stuff that anyone can do with half a mind. And is virtually impossible to stop!
So - no real need to false flag.... just wait for an idiot with an axe to grind.
icnif77:
'false flag' is an act of (Western) Gov. shown as 'enemy's act' or to blame suitable target, which will make counter-act justifiable... as '911' was and then intervention in Iraq and Afghanistan as 'revenge'...
After Nice, Frenchies sent carrier toward Syria and all press went nuts, how Syrians (ISIS) must pay....
Truck in Nice was without traces of blood (photo or vid on '0H'), after the act was committed.
Shining_brow:
I know what false flags are.... and I do hope you're not seriously trying to say the Nice attack was either staged, or was a false flag event...!!!!
You forget that there are other options available to governments. Training terrorists is one other method. Getting real extremists to do a terrorist action that they actually want to do isn't a false flag. The gov needs to be part of the planning and carrying out - not just encouraging.
The hits just keep coming, can you feel the peace.

Q: if 90% of Muslims in the UK condemned this guy publicly, would you still say that this is part of Muslim tradition? Or would you back the other 90%, and just say this guy is a nutter who chooses to interpret the Qoran how he sees fit?
retiredinchina:
The problem is this a cleric leader at the mosque, and the 90 percent want remove him, at least when a catholic priest plays with a little boy and its in the public, they move him to another country.
I highly agree with deporting all non pure Germans back to their home countries , better for pure Germans and better for the immigrants homelands. Why do Europeans keep pretending they are okay with it ? No country in the world welcomes having foreigners on their soil.

This is one of the most ignorant statements I have read on this site in awhile. I can't even measure the amount of stupid in what you wrote.
