Q: Starting a company in HK

I am sorry that I am again posting a somehow similar question, but I really need help. Anyone here having an experience with opening a company in HK? I know that it's a wishful thinking, but can I open a company in HK via the Internet? What about coming to the mainland while having a company formally established in HK? I have a small scale idea, but I am afraid that I can't cope with the bureaucracy all by myself. Maybe someone knows a useful group/forum for China's entrepreneurs (or bankrupts) to be?
