Q: is there any foreigner or expat in Cixi?

I would like to have some information about Cixi,  a town 60 km from Ningbo (Zhejiang). I might have to go and work there. I would like to know whether there are some foreigners to hang out with, entertainment places and imported food.

Looks like a typical dull industrial town. Don't get fooled by numbers, 2 millions inhabitants is a small town in China. However there seem to be a Metro Supermarket (http://map.qq.com/poi/?sm=8722331179948098911#albumDiv) , good (probably even the best) for imported groceries in China.

If I were you, I'd start looking into the best ways to get to Ningbo for your weekend getaways.  I'm guessing there's a pretty regular bus that runs between the two cities.  Unfortunately, Cixi is not on the high speed rail line.  Plenty of foreigners and western/non-Chinese restaurant choices in Ningbo.

so...just Chinese restaurant and food I guess, like the typical Chinese cities with no foreigners. I hope there will be at least some bars!
