Q: What is cheaper for expat men?
Chinese girlfriends or Chinese "rent-a-girls"?
My experience is with the first one and I am starting to wonder.

Dude, the cheapest is seldom the best !. On almost everything, when I do like and enjoy something, cost is a very low consideration, after all, if I die tomorrow I can't take investments with me. I rather die HAPPY !
this is very simple if a girl friend wants you to buy things for her then she is a rent a girl . on many occasions you might not be the only guy in her life. i have never had a problem meeting girls where i don't buy a damn thing for them. when we go out i take them to a restaurant that costs under 100rmb for 2. usually around 60-70. if they don't like they can shove off.
very simple rule of thumb: if she in anyway tries to manipulate me into buying her something she gets kicked to the curb.

I don't think cheap, I spend at least 15,000 a month here, but most of that is on me. I took my GF on a vacation, spent 30,000. Maybe if you smiled once in awhile someone would be nicer to you.

So all Chinese men are wonderful, even the ones who cheat on their girlfriends and the ones who hit them. Wake up girl, it sounds as though you may have met a bad foreigner and are now very bitter over it. While we are on about it, what about the Chinese women who just want an ipad, iphone etcetera, the ones who lie all the time to their partners. Before you start condemning all foreigners take a good hard look at your own people they are far from perfect. Just accept there are good and bad people everywhere.
I have both, but some of the rentals like me enough to come cheap or free. The ones I like , the price goes way up. Never let them know you like them.
Well think about it for a minute. And this is exactly what we did when I sold cutlery. When you have to replace something over and over it will cost more money to you. One because when the thing you want to get rid of breaks or becomes obsolete that's money down the drain. And how long will it last? At least with the first choice you don't have to replace so it would be much cheaper.
Are rentals pick up girls on the street or from an escort service of some kind?

Exactly! I am also wondering about the rental girls. If they are from the street pick then I would not go for it even with thousands and thousands layers of protection. East or West Hand is the best than them.
If from escorts, I doubt they come at a price below 200. If they are around 500 RMB/shot then my calculation would make me poor man.
And to go for bed sharing partner with no strings attached, I experienced that slowly it creates issues, attachments, emotions, etc...
If you find yourself a non-conventional Chinese girl then you may not be expected to pay for absolutely everything.
It's a persons own fault if they go for the typical Chinese girl where the relationship values are completely different.
